Gratitude List:
thankful for...
1) I graduated this past weekend! Its a moment I think I've literally been waiting for my whole life. I felt pretty, accomplished, and just free from BOOKS for a while (that is until grad school in 2009). I can exhale. Thank you to all who came: Baybid, moma, daddy, Lisa Pizza, BT, Aunt Carol, Mother Braswell, Debbie, Barnett Family, Kim, and Angel...and to those who were there in spirit. It's weird how I got a little teary-eyed while sitting in those seats, in that gown, with that cap on-before my named was called. God, just thinking about this glory makes me tear up. I'm so proud of myself.
2) Hanging with family this past weekend (I missed you Kyron)
3) Feeling blessed, pressing on...stepping into womanhood
4) Potential to make a difference in the lives of our future
5) Supporting my husband though sometimes its hard on us...we on our way baby

You Make Life That Much More Worth Living...
Tonight our first kiss had my heart skipping beats. If you are what heaven taste like, then I'll call you the new sweetness. I found myself sucked in the apple red creases of your lips fixed calling 911 or Thank You Lord (smile). I opened my eyes before you did, just so I could look love in the face while I kissed him. For a brief second I wondered what it would feel like to be those lips, getting licked unconsciously, bit when looking at me, and puckered to match mine.
